Danielle Belling
Founder & Co-Owner / Licensed Aesthetician
Danielle Belling is the founder and co-owner of Jade Aesthetics, with over 8 years in aesthetics and more than 14 in beauty and wellness. A Licensed Aesthetician with advanced certifications in laser treatments, microneedling, skin resurfacing, and body contouring, she builds customized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty and support long-term skin health. She founded Jade to bring luxury, education, advanced technology, and personalized care together under one roof.
Nadia Shirani
Medical Director
Nadia Shirani, FNP-C, CANS, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with 12+ years of aesthetic experience. Specializing in facial aesthetics and injectables, she is known for her natural results and detail-focused care. With advanced training and leadership as a Medical Director, she remains dedicated to patient safety, education, and innovation.
Jordan Louis
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Jordan Louis, BSN, RN, is an experienced registered nurse and aesthetic injector with a background in pediatric specialty care at Lurie Children's Hospital and advanced training in aesthetic medicine. Certified in cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, biostimulators, and facial rejuvenation, she is known for her precise eye for facial aesthetics and for natural, balanced results that enhance, never change, her patients' unique features.
Annie Dalheim
Licensed Aesthetician
Annie is a licensed aesthetician with a passion for customized facial treatments and visible results. She creates personalized skincare experiences that help clients reach their skin goals while keeping every treatment relaxing and enjoyable. She also has a special love for brows and lashes, where she enhances each client's natural features and perfects the little details.
Nicole Chambers
Aesthetician / Front Desk
Nicole Chambers is an aesthetician at Jade Aesthetics who also coordinates the front desk, bringing experience from boutique spas and luxury destinations like the Four Seasons. Known for her warm, attentive service, she makes every guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive to the end of their treatment. Outside of work, she enjoys music, nature, and the occasional spa day.
Sophia Prette
Front Desk / Injector in Training
Sophia is finishing her bachelor's degree in nursing, a path inspired by her love of skin, beauty, and wellness and her goal of building a career in aesthetics. Along the way she has discovered how much she enjoys caring for people and helping them feel confident. Outside of school and work, she loves heated yoga, long walks, and time with her fiancé and their goldendoodle, Ollie.
